Beedana Achaar (Quince)

Beedana commonly known as Quince(Cydonia oblonga) is a fruit closely related to apples and pears. The traditional Pahadi pickles are unique in taste, involves fermentation to help preserve the nutrients. Use of Himalayan salt, black mustard seed, roasted fenugreek lends a tangy spicy flavour.
