Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh by courier. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.
Delivery for Prepaid Orders:
5-7 working days for Metro cities
8-12 working days for Non-metro cities
Three attempts will be made to deliver the order to your delivery address, thereafter we take no responsibility of non-delivery. No refund will be entertained.
Mountain Bounties Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Refunds & Returns Policy
To return any items, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage will not be refunded.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you returned your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds may take time to be processed and to appear in your bank account or on your credit card. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, before contacting us please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t appeared yet.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your credit card.
- Contact your bank, they may be able to see the refund in their system before you can see it in your online banking account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges & Replacements
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item arrived damaged, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Gandhi Nagar, Kullu, HP, 175101, India.
- Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Mountain Bounties Team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you a unique coupon code for the amount of the item, or a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
